From the U15 Release notes on Lam:
I personally don't find it that big of a change - I wasn't throwing it every 3 minutes anyways. Five minutes seems like a fine nerf and it might quiet down those casters with bruised egos.The cooldown on the Grandmaster of Flower's Epic Moment, Everything is Nothing, has been increased from 180 seconds to 300 seconds.
