6 years later... nice attention to detail...

Tomes don't drop according to "locations" any more (if they ever actually did), they drop at certain equivalent quest levels. While chests and end-rewards are the most common source (of what is now a very uncommon drop), breakables do, very rarely, deliver from the same list.
