Improved Martial Arts - Bugged or changed?

When Improved Martial Arts was first announced it was possible to take it multiple times (though I never tested it out on Lamannia). The description on the wiki still includes this line. However, I am unable to select this feat more than once.

Is this feat broken (which is very frustrating since vorpal strikes, the other monk appropriate epic feat is also broken) or did it get changed and I didn't notice?

Nope they changed this from the beta/lammania as well as improved sneak attack it's only available the one time.
