Trying to plan my Destinies and wondering about the following:

Does Arcane Adept stack with the Battle Arcanist set bonus?

Does Spell School Specialist Necromancy work on the PM Necrotic Touch / Burst? Trying to decide between Necro and Evocation.

Does arcane adept stack with the battle arcanist set bonus?

Arcane Adept is bugged at the moment and only gives a 5% discount as opposed to the 10% stated. They are both Enhancement bonuses so chances are they won't stack.

does spell school specialist necromancy work on the pm necrotic touch / burst? Trying to decide between necro and evocation.

AFAIK the Spell School Specialist should work on SLAs, though I've only tested on Sorc SLAs so more feedback is required here.

However I would strongly recommend going Necro as maxing it gives +3 DC to your bread and butter spells i.e. Wail, Finger, CoD. With 46 DC in Evocation evasion drow are still saving a lot on Epic Hard with my save-based nuking spells, so it would be better to focus on Necro.

If we're talking about the fort save lowering ability yet that works on pm sla's. You seem to be
asking about the dc bit though which I never bothered to test the dps those things do never seemed worth while
as anything other then "Well everything is dead except orange/red which is stoned so I might as well get a bit
of extra dps in the dot cool downs". Now they are worth casting even before I manage to stone the mob.
