account lost?

I've been VIP for about 1 year and stopped playing for about 6 month. I have never cancelled my VIP account, just stopped playing. Now i want to return to the game but i cant log in, they dont recognize my password and i KNOW that i got the good one. The problem is that, meanwhile, i cancelled my ancient email address : vladvallache@hotmail.com, so i cant receive the procedure to reactivate my password. Any way i can log in again?

Also, my characters have been archived... do they still exist?
