If you have 2 going off Niac cold and Eladar electric for 1d6### every 2 seconds and u stack up to 3 times during 16 seconds then can u cast both for 2x3= 6 stacks going off? Are timers affected? cause the timers reset to last longer right?

Have not gone up against anything that last long enough. I tried with all metas off. lol

Your question seems... confused.

Fact 1: When you cast one of those DoTs it resets the timer on its duration.
Fact 2: You can have both going at once.
Fact 3: You can have triple stacks of both going at once.
Fact 4: You have to keep renewing your DoT (to reset timer) by re-casting or else it goes back to zero and you have to stack up again.
Fact 5: A second (or third, or eleventh, etc.) arcane can do the same thing at the same time and the damage is dealt separately.
