If you try to buy ship amenities with the ship01 code and the DDO store fails for some reason as it has done for many people today that counts as a use of the coupon and you are soon out of uses.

Starting to have *some* experience with this code.

WORKAROUND if this happens : DON'T click on place order more than once, and if the purchases fail to appear, immediately log off (just log, not quit game).

When you log back in, they *should* appear in your inventory from your backlog of purchases.

Used the coupon code twice and lost 1600 turbine points, 800 for each purchase. I'm not trying to get freebies, I'm trying to recover losses from the 2 weeks+ worth of shrines I just put up yesterday for my guild airship.

i had a similar issue. i was trying to order some amenities for 810 tp, applied the coupon. it said 0 tp. i double checked it, twice...
i placed the order, then received a confirmation email stating that i had been charged 1500 tp.
is there any way to get my turbine points back?
(when i try to access ddo store help, it redirects me to a page asking about account information and i am reluctant to give that online)

I wanted to buy something for 500 points, clicked once, nothing happened, clicked the ddo store again...still nothing. Closed the window and carried on questing, next time i open my inventory two of the item i wanted was in my backpack and my TP were used up too.

I've had the code fail twice now. I am hoping once they figure out the issue, they'll reset the coupon counter.

Using the code was not the issue, it's when the store bugs out, says the order will cost ZERO but instead charges turbine points. On TWO of my purchases, I was erroneously charged turbine points for airship amenities. Contacted customer support and they won't refund the points either.

Keep it up turbine, keep wiping airship amenities then giving them back for "free" and people will keep using turbine points.

I used a mule account with no TP for them to "accidentally" take to redeem the code. Worked like a charm.

Personally, I think that all of the Turbine staff pretty much /RAGEQUIT on Friday at 5:30PM. Not sure that I can blame them for it, either.

I'm awaiting their presence again Monday to see what to make of all this. The amenities were priced all the way down to 1 TP per amenity, but that created havoc and wrecked the store.

Just going to "wait and see" what Monday has to offer.

Recreating the issue:

It seems those of us who tried to purchase amenities during the .01 pricing using the SHIP01 code and got an error now continue to get the error any time we try to use a coupon.

If anyone got the error during the brief .01 sale and is NOT getting the error now, please post so I can disprove that is the issue.

Myself and one other person I have talked to are still getting cart errors and running out of coupon codes to use each time we get the error.
