Didnt get my turbine points?

Hello.

I just recently bought the Half-Orc pack from steam, It was supposed to give me the orc race, A trinket and 500 turbine points. I got all of that exept for my turbine points. Is there something wrong with the server? Because i bought more points after that and it was going perfectly smooth.

If 48 hours after activating your Product key, those Turbine Point still have not arrived, please contact Account Support via the information in my signature. They can get it straightened out for you
