Unable to make a new account !!

As of June 26 my mom wanted to make an account but , every time she put in a valid password it would say
"Valid passwords are between 6 and 16 characters with at least one number and can not contain apostraphes."
But her password was within that limit .
Can I get help?

Try a different Password?

Next suggestion would be to try another username as it is probably taken and just giving the password message

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with creating an account. You can contact the Account Management team for a free DDO key. Chances are that will get around the issue. How to contact them is in my signature. They will be happy to help you
