looking for rp guild or static group

Hi Im looking for an rp guild with members that play fri and sat from about 10pm-2am est. Or a static group. I dont have a lot of time to play and these are my days. I work too hard during the week and I enjoy to play an mmo with others. I am an old AD&D fan and used to run Forgotten Realms campaigns. So I am an avid RPer but i cant seem to find the game to do it in. I have a back story and I am usually 90% of the time in character. I have looked at the guild post thread but cant seem to find anything that is current that I am interested in.

I will reroll on any server and dont really care. Im new (again) thinking of being VIP but not unless I can get in a grp with like minded players.

I prefer to play a thief this time and could be a sorcerer. But not a healer or tank this time around.

I'm not a fan of perma-death so if thats you then please skip this thread. Dont get me wrong I think rules are needed but most of these guilds are too extreme for my taste.

100+ reads?? Is there no one on during the times I play?

I am willing to reroll on any server. might be persuaded to roll something other than a rogue. The days above are the only days I have available. I have a wife and 4 kids so my days are pretty full.

I find that playing with others is what am MMO is all about. I have tried the PUG thing and its mostly zergers. I love D&D and RP. Reminds me of back in the day.This is why I keep coming back in hopes I can link up with like minded players. I purposely stopped playing ddo in the past so that I dont get through too much content in hopes I can find a guild. In the past I just looked in game but this time I thought I would try the forums.

I tried RP in a new space game and its just not what i expected. I played that other game its patterned after and Im done with the grind. Im tired of bouncing around when this is the type game that I enjoy the most.

I cant post in the Static group thread because im a F2P atm so here i am.

I am still hopeful so Ill keep looking here and in the Guild thread.

Sorry, I read your thread earlier but was too lazy to respond. Every other week a thread pops up asking for RP guilds. Thing is, there aren't a lot of RP guilds and not everyone checks out the Recruitment thread daily.

Anyway, here are my previous replies in similar threads. I'd suggest PMing or contacting these folks in game as they might also not be checking the Recruitment thread often.

We are recruiting roleplayers. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE BERSERKERS or "ZERGS!" We are a medieval/military/Templar based roleplaying guild that has melded my ADnD 2nd addition "tabletop" campaign of over 20 years w/DDO's campaign.
I am a DM from ADnD 2nd addition and have been for over 20 years. Our guild is level 31 and has an airship w/all amenities, we are active, however we are recruiting more and more to increase the amount of active members so that at any time (24/7) anyone from our guild should be able to log on and find enough guild members to quest with (so as not to have to find strangers for that.)
