Default Help build a 32 points TWF for my wife

Hey all.My wife has finally unlocked 32 points builds and vet II after capping her drow wizard. So now she wants to take a stab(no pun intended) into melees.I myself have no clue to melees except for monks and since she doesnt have monk class,i was deciding on maybe making her a paladin build to run with my TR monk on my 3rd life.Since paladins have great saves and self healing capabilities.I was leaning more towards a 18/2 pally/rogue build mainly for the saves and evasion.Could anyone point me in a direction to a specific build?my googlefu isnt powerful enuff to find such builds save Junts reference sample build.I would rather have her be a DoS as the extra HP would be useful for her.
    Points to note:
    1)no helf/wf race
    2) access to +2 tomes
3)khopesh(i have plenty to hand down to her plus she has started doing the challenges to get the water khopeshs)
4)TWF as she wants to be all macho..lol
    5)Wat feats to take?

I did come up with a build but i wasnt too sure if it would be good enuff hence im here to seek help from the master builders.

    Default Pally

She would probably find a build like this to be optimal in game right now. Splats build is pretty good all around. You can change a bit here and there and dont really need all the gear that he has to be effective. I you can eventually get all this gear, you could be one of the best equipped Pally's in the game, however. Without the uber gear that he suggests you can still easily obtain a reasonalbe AC with good HP, DPS, High Saves and high Intim and Threat. The toon is pretty self reliable.

Looks solid enough (given the whole no-monks thing). I presume Shield Mastery is to qualify for DoS. Although...shouldn't your final UMD score be higher? 23 ranks + 4 (CHA 18) should be 27. Did you not spend all your skill pts or did you spread `em around too much? Wait, it looks like you put a lot of pts into Concentration. I'd probably rejigger enhs, but those are easy enough to reset.

Look for *Grumpum (by request)* in this thread. It's my THF barbarian. If she's on F2P account, switch to Dwarf and make the appropriate modifications like Orc power attack to dwarf weapon enhancements. It's an easy build to play and has great survivability with a hireling healer. 90% of the gear I was able to get solo. The raid gear I obviously had to run with others. The point is, fun to play and not much thinking involved and great for a new player.

In terms of survivability, I think you would be better off splashing two fighter so you can (after moving feats around) pick up Maximize and Quicken, and taking HotD for PrE. (Ideally you would splash two monk so you could have Evasion and the feat slots, but you can only work with what you have.) Just having HP isn't really survivability, especially if your threat is through the roof. You have to give up a feat to get it, and it's not cheap on the AP either.

UMD is nice, but it just doesn't hold a candle to spell-based self-healing.

Why not get your wife a present: the monk class. She'll love it! Mine certainly does.
