Default Account Charged, but ViP Suspended Due To Non-Payment

I have a billing history in front of me, and it shows the transactions of $14.99 for each of the 2 accounts I pay for, the money has been deducted, but both parties (myself and the other player) receive a "One or more of your accounts has been suspended due to non-payment" message.

    You're awesome!

I've run my own business for close to 20 years now. Whenever any customer mentions the word lawsuit I immediately stop talking to them and hand them my lawyers information.

Sorry, your account is out of my hands now. Have your lawyer talk to my lawyer to settle it. 99% of the time the customer comes whining back to me that they only threatened me because they wanted action faster that I was able to provide it. At that point I ask them for their lawyers information so my lawyer can contact them and ask them not to speak to me until after litigation has been completed.

In all, I've noticed that 99.9999999999% of the time the people say the word "lawsuit" they are bluffing in order to get what they want.

In your case, you lose instantly. The terms of your agreement that you agreed to without reading it state that Turbine owes you nothing in exchange for your money.

To get a resolution, why not call them and be polite instead of trying to be a bully without a lawyer and pretending to have one?

True, but if you're going to hire a lawyer to sue Turbine for $30 you're going to lose in more ways than one.

I've had a similar experience in that payment was made, but account was still suspended. For me it was a simple matter of picking up the phone, calling Turbines account management team and asking them politely why my account was suspended.

Within 10 minutes my account was reactivated and they apologized to me.

As a customer I always recommend the "Friendly" approach with the idea that the person of which I'm doing business with wants me as a customer. If this approach does not work, then escalation to the next step. 9 times out of 10 you will get better service with this approach.

Have you called them? Glitches happen. Its not lawsuit-threat worthy. They also do not answer account related questions via the forums.

I posted because it was after their stated hours and the help page directed me to this forum, the lawsuit thing was meant as a joke because I was frustrated, it's kind of how I deal with things hence the /Sarcasm ON/OFF.

Of course today is a holiday, and that makes me wonder if they would be there tomorrow. Lets assume yes.
