Bought vip but still premium

Hello,
yesterday i bought The VIP pack for 100$ and in and the game and site i m still showed as premium.
i payed from paypal.

when i logging in to my account in the internet (myaccount.turbine.com)
its write : Exp. Date: 04/01/2013.

its alerdy been 12 hours from the moment i bought it.
My character name is Jurgi Blame.

You may want to check your bank statement to make sure that the payment was processed successfully. It can take some time before the payment is processed after you start your VIP subscription.

If you see the payment was processed, be sure you are logging into the same username in the game that you used for the Account Management page, as they are exactly the same.

If everything looks good, but you still don't have VIP access, you may want to contact the Account Management team directly. The information on how to do that is in my signature.

i did what u said i looked in my Paypal account and i saw that it isnt took my money yet.
i gess that the problem i made contact with the game support but there is anything i need to do?
that purchase i did is in :
preapproved payment plans

on my Paypal if there is anything special i need to do to approve it or somthing pls tell me

Ok, this might seem silly... but maybe are you missing like a dollar or so on your paypal account? I know when I first did it, I had 15 exactly and then I ended up with premium and not VIP. I checked back and was missing a dollar. Turns out some things have like a processing fee. It is money you get back I do believe, but they charge that before the money for DDO... in which could leave you a dollar short and end up giving you Premium but not VIP.

Not sure how Paypal works. Just some food for thought as this is something I experienced.

Ok, I used a converter here. I have no idea if they accept Shekels but if they do...

99.99USD would convert to 374.6 Shekels (Rounded to the nearest .1) >.>

That would be my guess. However, I'd suggest waiting on Customer Service to see this, or letting them know that you are using Shekels and see what they tell you.
