    Default Suggestion for a more balanced Deadly Weapons

    I posted this in the deadly weapons thread on the Lamannia Discussion forum, but I think it might get more discussion of the idea and less reaction to the change here.

    I think this makes it a better option than much cheaper/lower level elemental weapons infusion yet keeps it from becoming too overpowered.
    I should point out the choice between the untyped or bleed damage would be the dev's upon implementation and not to be left up to the player's discretion.
