Idea: Adding a UI tutorial to Korthos/Harbor

Reasoning: People seem to get frustrated from newer players who don't understand the UI/ etiquette. It may be the player's fault for being a jerk, but it may help if Turbine were to add a short clip that explains how the Social UI (or general UI) works. The system is not really that intuitive or user friendly, and it is too resource intensive to send users manuals to everybody (who reads these anyways?).
