Who do I contact to report this / show how to repro the issue?
I do see the "submit a bug" but those are reports of in game issues. This is a forums issue.
While I love having the ability to see who repped my posts, Im pretty sure this isnt WAI.

Another failure from our local web developer.
I've been critical of droipamine over the last month and for good reason. Broken redirects, broken forums, missing features, incorrect time stamps. This just seals the deal.
(hint yet again, I'm available)

You might be surprised at the number of bugs you do not see, and the number of bugs that are fixed and we don't announce!
As for the bugs that we are seeing currently, I've spent many hours looking into almost all of them by now, even the old ones that have been lurking the sites for years, and prepared fixes for them. The reason they are not getting fixed right away is that the root causes are far more complex than you might think, and require extensive coordination, planning, and scheduling.
I have a huuuuge stack of papers on my desk of such fixes, all bundled up nice and neat and ready to go, it's just a matter of time!
Patience, grasshopper, and play nice.
I might be so surprised, but I'm shocked at the simple ones that get away that should never happen. I've been a web developer for 13 years now so I know what it's like. But I also know the tools available so the things above just don't happen in production or if they do they only last for minutes or hours instead of hours or days.
Posts out of order, users having to log in multiple times to the forums, redirects to 404 pages, links to 404 pages, rep visible to others again.
Yes I'm critical, and I won't apologize for that. But I'm critical because these are mistakes that shouldn't get past anyone with knowledge and experience. And when they happen multiple times it brings my confidence down BIG time.
I also happen to disagree that many of these fixes take time. I own vbulletin licenses (some current, some sold). I opped on some "big boards", I've moderated many forums and I can say that some of these issues are a simple fix (the time stamp issue for example).
Now what I will say is that IF you're tied to what you can and cannot do, that some of those fixes will suck. For those that may not be aware in order to change the time on the server you need a root login, and if you don't have root permissions then you absolutely cannot fix the issue, no matter how easy it is to do so.
I'm sure you can't tell us what you can or cannot do. But what WE see are things that should be easily resolved taking a long time to be taken care of.
This seems to be the crux of issues at Turbine at the moment. I wish you the best but hope for better. And as always, I'm available for hire or even a discussion if you're up to it.
Why isn't the option to see who repped our posts available anyway?
Why have rep at all to begin with?
Ya ya ya.. I'm just as critical as you are...... BUT, you might consider that this version of VB is a highly customerized version, that's running in conjunction with the entire Turbine network. And therefore is likely a bit more complex and cumbersone to deal with that a simple VB set-up of which I'm pretty familiar with as well. MOST of the fixes could likely impact other parts of the network..... So it's not likely just the little tweak you envision.....
