hey, TRing my Sorc (will be her second life) into a Drow Pale Master.

any decent builds out there? my search-fu fails me

Especially on a TR. A TR-ed drow is still only a 30-point build (whereas a TRed human is 34-point, with better enhancements and an extra feat).

i go archmage up till level 12 rank 1 then go pale master with wraith form.

I'm considering keeping Sineari (Pale Master) as Drow when I TR her. The extra feat would be nice but as Drow I don't have to worry about getting a +4 Tome or +7 Int item and still be able to hit 44 Int without pots. Do those people rolling as Human count on getting a +4 tome or have I done my maths wrong?

depends where you are in the grand scheme of things.
This life i'm planning on 20 ADQ and 20 shroud, even if i had a +4 tome i wouldnt use it.

As a human my wizard has 44 int as well, no 3 or 4 tomes, no yugo or any pots of any kind. Just natural int, form, normal +6 item and +1 and 2 exceptional and ship buff

If you are intending on going with drow as your race, you should most likely go with pale master for the self healing.

Good to know other people are drow fans, even though they do not bring the best benefits to the table!

Does that look right? Add another +2 for ship buffs if you want.

For a pale master you're probably going to be using the Mabar robes so the only +7 Int item left to you is the Epic Staff of Inner Sight... which is two handed so not ideal. I'm not counting on the chances of a +4 Tome but the +3's are a little less rare and might end up coming back into the store. If I've not missed anything, a Human needs one of those two things to equal a Drow pale master's Necro DCs.

EDIT: Forgot about Litany of the Dead. I guess that would do the trick too.
