    Default Dwarves and Turn Undead

I have a lvl 10 dwarf cleric and I created him with the intention of him being really good at combating undead. This was before I realized turn undead is a charisma-based attack and dwarves suffer -2 charisma. My question is, is it still possible for a dwarf to be awesome at fighting undead and turning? If so, how?

Also, for a while I was on the "scourge of the undead" path, but left it at lvl 9. Was this a good decision? Should I have left it sooner?

Undead get damaged by positive energy. Radiant Servants (prestige enhancement) burst heal is "positive energy".

Undead are *not* immune to damage. Damage can be something like Blade Barrier(BB) or Divine Punishment(DP) spell.

Go Radiant Servant, take Maximize+Empower+Empower Heal meta-magic feats and use Turn Undead clickie for RS burst/aura. Undead destroyed, your party members healed. Add BB and/or DP for more pwnage.

dwarves dont have to use turns for undead, just raise their arms and fiend will die from the foul odor...

    on serious note: use bursts.

Currently, unless you have multiple Cleric past lives and devote a lot of equipment slots for it, Turning isn't really worth using after you get the Radiant Servant prestige. Turns are best used to power Radiant Servant bursts, auras, and Divine Might if you are melee focused.

That said, you can be effective at turning. I have seen two Clerics that can turn end-game undead without any difficulty, including almost everything in Epic Wizard King. It just takes multiple past lives and a fair bit of equipment slots to do so.

There's a reason why I named my first dwarven cleric, MeNo Turn Undead.
