Any good voice recording programs (and possibly video)

Ummm yeah pretty much the title.

Me and my friends use Skype to chat while playing with each other in a mostly static group and we've decided just for the hell of it (after recording ourselves with a camera on our last road trip) we should record our gaming sessions not for any lets play or anything just for our own use.

Anyways my least hope is to be able to record all our voices but if I can get a video recording for one or all of us it will be awesome...the catch...its needs to be free..yeah I know its sounds cheap but its just nothing something any of us can afford (maybe after tax return time)
