Feats on weapons

Sorry, but you have to actually have precise shot to be able to get IPS. The weapon will not be recognized on your character during level up (no gear is).

So my arti has a wounding repeating xbow of precise shot.

I have not taken precise shot yet

When i equip the bow , and you look in your char sheet > feats. It will add the feat due to it granting you that feat from the weapon.

So my question is :

When i go to lvl up and I'm holding that xbow and it gives me the feat, will i then be able to take IPS if its available ?

If it lets you take IPS , when you then change weapons , will IPS be taken out of my feats?
What about when you re-equip the weapon, will IPS still be there?
