Quick question: Does the Favored Soul class have the cleric's healing aura ability or something similar in nature?

If you mean free healing, then yes. The level 20 ability for Sovereign Host favoured souls is Healing Word.

Their larger spell points pool and the free capstone heal should compensate. However considering aura + bursts of the cleric, FvS are usually considered as slightly behind clerics on healing.
FvS are also usually sturdier than clerics, and have an edge in offensive casting.
And they have wings !

As a side note, healing aura is provided by Radiant Servant PrE, which is the only cleric PrE so far available (only Tier I and II *sighs*).
The "healing" FvS PrE has not yet been released.
