    FINISHED THIS QUEST FOR GOOD

got my bat, took 7 trys, but I did it, also Flagon Moren (the lovable hire) should never have to run sorrowdusk again, he was with me for 5 of the 7 runs

I ran Cult of the Six twice -- on my bard and on my sorc. Mummified Bat was offered both times. First time I took it, second time I took Shrunken Head.

Funny thing is, I have Feather Falling Boots which are BtA and ML 1, and no idea where they came from.

Not a common reward, but also not that rare from chain quests like Waterworks, Shan-to-Kor, Phiarlan Carnival, and from the BtA lists of the Sharn Syndicate quests. You'll get a BtA lootgen item of the same type with lower minimum levels if a named item in that position isn't generated for you.

To the OP, the Bat is actually about a 30-50% drop rate item. Randomness means that the Lady (Luck) can screw you if she knows you're actively looking for a particular item. Glad you finally got it, although 7 runs through Co6 would be extremely painful.

At least this was what I was told.
No ML FF boots are insanely easy to get these days, just run Slab the Crusher or Bookbinder quest and you will end up with a pair sooner than later, along with a bunch of nice twink gear and clickies. Those end rewards are pretty nice for random static loot drops from the Sharn series.

Since I do not have Sharn pack, that's definitely not where they came from.

Being screwed by Lady Luck is not as much fun as it sounds!

Waterworks, semi-static quest chain end reward option.

I ran with a guildie a while back and he was very happy to get the shrunken head, for the simple reason that it gave him a laugh to think of his toon running around with a shrunken head as part of his gear. I agreed. Quirky gear is nice to get. A mummified bat pinned to your armour is much more interesting than a boring ring of feathers ^^

Gratz on your end reward, Delssar =)
