Mail suddenly stopped working

I was corresponding this morning with another user, I stopped for about half an hour. I refreshed and saw I had several messages so I clicked on the icon and received the following message: Error! The page you were looking for was not found. I have tried it both from a browser and from in-game and the result is the same. So something went radically wrong right about the time the servers came back up.

I'm not sure about mail, but I'm getting the same error this morning when I try and visit my myddo page. The main myddo page came up fine for me. It's just when I try to go to my own page that I get the error. What's going on?

I haven't gone through all 19 characters across servers, but on my main server 2/6 characters are not showing up and I just get Error! The page you were looking for was not found.

I logged them both on today and all seems ok with the characters themselves, but their pages went byebye.

Hmm.. I didn't even think to try going to my character pages. I was talking about my player page. It's MIA.

Edit: Seems the page for my main character is missing as well, as is the page for my guild. Most of my alts' pages are working.

Ok, been over a week since I could get into the mail. Any news on what's going on? An update on progress/diagnosis would be nice.

I'm sorry, I was under the impression that you had "people looking into this" for months now, maybe a year. I've got a permanent mail in MyDDO that only goes to the error page. Along with that, my characters still aren't updating their levels and gear, though the bottom feed showing what they recently achieved is up to date.....

Can we get a more in depth response as to what the issues is and what can be done?
