Watcher's Blade

Does anyone have any suggestions to make the most out of this weapon?

Watcher's Blade:
1. If you're a Cleric/FVS and on an odd Wisdom and don't have some other source of +1 Exceptional, you can hold it in your hand while casting offensive save spells.

2. If you're an AC guy who doesn't yet have damaging greensteel weapons of +4 AC, you can use a nondamaging Watcher's Blade as a substitute for a bit; but only in times when you don't need DPS. (Particularly if soloing)

3. If you're a non-AC guy who wants to see the AC you could get if you built greensteel AC weapons, you can use Watcher's Blade for a test run.

4. If you're Belashyrra then you can TWF it with a scepter for the Storm of Eyes set bonus proc.

It looks like it was designed for monks with whirling steel strike given the WIS bonus and heightened awareness for AC. I'm not a fan of the minimum level but it might be handy for a monk landing a curse.
