How do you mix your soda Khyber?

No joke! I have a friend who works at the liquor store and made me buy it instead of some absolut.

I need to get a bottle for drunken raid night.

That's a must over Absolut, it's way better tasting. To me it tastes as good as Grey Goose but costs less than both yet distilled more than both and less impurities than both.

Also try the Svedka Clementine w/ a squeeze of orange and diet tonic. Or go Vanilla Svedka w/ diet orange soda. It tastes just like an orange dreamsicle.

I was visiting my son at college and I spotted a bottle of Evan Williams in his refrigerator. I pointed at the bottle and said "Son, I am disappointed in you." He replied "That isn't mine Dad. This is my roommates. I drink Jack!" I told him "Good choice for now son. When you get a job you can drink Crown Royal."

The young need these life lessons.

I have not been mixing much lately, unless drinking beer while drinking is considered mixing. Has anyone tried the JD Honey? I am thinking of getting some for the bar, but not sure if it will move. Wild Turkey American Honey was a bit of a hit last summer, and I like it for sipping... oh, the last time i was mixing, it was Vernors and American honey... very deadly... was almost fire walking :}

I do believe that this is the law 'round those parts. To go pollutin the complex and nuanced flava of Mr. Daniels Spirits is akin to kickn' one's dog; it is simply nawt done, sirah. Ice, of course, being the exception as a concession to the heat that would otherwise ruin the experience. No morwa than two cubes, howerva, was the rule 'round our household.

Have you ever tried Laphroaig 15 or 25? The depth of flavor is astounding. The peat presents at first, followed by the oak and finally settles into a deep, rich, smoky vanilla on the back of the tongue. Truly a religious experience.
