    Default Saw this earlier, but can't find it now and am wondering what the answer was

    All my items that had a prefix or suffix on them already now do not have the craftable tag in the item description window and will not allow me to affix shards of potential to finish crafting them...some of these items represent a lot of time in gathering essences and working on my crafting level and I don't really have time or energy to deconstruct them to start over.

    Would like a little clarification on this, and I have submitted a bug report, but have gotten no response as of yet.

    depending on the level of said items, that may also not be possible.

    Default I know about disjunction again but...

    Since I have a holy and evil outsider bane shard on the weapon and don't currently have the essences to make another of each, I would really like to not just arbitrarily lose that work/materials. If this is going to be addressed soon, I will wait, was wondering if there was an eta on the fix for this.

    It seem like the Craftable Text disapear sometime for unknown reason and make the item impossible to craft further

    Also, items like that (which have a higher enchantment than 5, but were crafted before the patch) which also had a guild slot now can't have new guild crystals put into them.

    I have a lifeshield docent of reinforced plating with a medium guild slot that I liked quite a lot, but it's much less useful to me now that I can't replenish the guild crystal.

    I would say that there is a very good chance this will be addressed, but I don't know whether it will be soon, "soon" soon™, Soon, "Soon", Soon™ or "SOON™"

    This is news to me. Did you submit a bug report by any chance?

    try dragging the weapon into the machine and then the shard, worked for me this morning on a greatsword that no longer had craftable written on it

    I didn't. I had seen someone else post about it elsewhere, so I wasn't surprised -- just a bit disappointed -- when it happened to me. I thought it was a known issue.

    What happened, to be more clear, is that the armor and the augment crystal were able to go into the Stone of Change just fine. But when I tried to combine them, I got the crafting dialog window about the item's total enhancement being too high, and they refused to combine.

    I'll try it again when I have a chance to get online later, and I'll be sure to bug report it with a screenshot.

    Sucks to hear it's broken, I've a few items I need to redo, but they're no big loss.

    That said, in general, they don't reply to Bug Reports.

    And there's also that little disclaimer in the crafting hall saying there is no support.

    I lost the use of 2 large guild augment items because of this bug. The fact devs are unaware of it when the Quality Assurance team says they are aware and working on it does not bode well for all the other bugs we've been reporting. Like the massive unplayable lag on all the servers right now especially in raiding parties. I guess the private messages received after reporting bugs are just automated form letters. Beginning to understand why weapons are still lost in abbot and why it took 9 months to fix the Sully chest in TOD that wouldn't spawn.

    I think the problem is this:
    the craftable 'ability' was removed and replaced with crafting potential. So any items that had craftable now no longer have a valid ability entry and therefore need to be disjuncted.

    The problem with that is if the items abilities total more than 5, then the system errors out (giving the cannot do so message).

    I think it has been reported, but the more reports, the higher the priority to fix it.

    I also have this problem with a +3 silver holy bastard sword of insight 20 with a large slot that I had crafted up before the last patch. (lil number in the top right corner is 5).

    Since the last patch: I can't use guild augments anymore in the stone of change. I get the crafting interupt. message saying that it would make the level to high or something.

    I get the same message when I try doing anything in the house K crafting including trying to disjunct to start crafting all over from a stripped version.

    The "craftable" tag has also been removed.

    Just because this dev doesn't know about the problem doesn't mean all devs are unaware. That being said, QA gets the bug reports that players write, not the devs. They then try to reproduce the bug, firm up the details before sending it to us. You can imagine that they often get more than one bug report for a given bug. The fact that you got that reply means the bug is in our system and will soon be in front of the relevant dev.

    Thanks for reporting it.

    Reminds me of the time devs never heard of bugs and other problems that were mention on the forums and bug repeatably for about a year or more but took some major act by SRCIS to find out there was a break down in Q&A...

    Indeed, had the Sully chest spawned WITHOUT killing him, it would have been fixed immediately

    I have decided and have indeed already done the disjuncting trick and remade the item, I am missing a few essences to finish it up with the Evil Outsider Bane suffix, but it is back to a +4 Holy Silver Khopesh, see ya in game

    Not sure if you're still following this thread, but I did end up submitting a thorough bug report with a screenshot. There doesn't seem to be any way for players to get an id or tracking number for a bug report, but the title was "'OTHER: Pre-U9.1 Crafted Item Error with Guild Augment Crystals".
