well the new syestem that gets rid of finger of death and wail of banshee instant death effects spells are gone and leaving a caster with little hitpoints and a agressive mob. Also the spells seem to work against a caster and the tanks around as they dont have 1k hitpoints either. This needs to be changed back soon!

Did you actually play a caster (wiz/sorc) since the change? Have you? I TR'd right before U9, and have had zero issues with questing, lvling, not to mention surviving with less than 220 HP. And I'm lvl 16 atm.

So again I ask, have you actually played before you created this thread?
