    Default DT choices

I have a drow paladin. Was thinking greater false life, healing amp, and health. Will health stack with greater false life or would I be better off with earthen guard? Thanks.

What are you trying to do with your Pali? DPS? Intim? Hate Tank?

You would use a different combo depending what your goal is.

Elemental HP in your GS, Something else in your DT as it's not an endgame choice for pallys.
I like the guards, freezing ice is alright(although it's a fort save it works decently in many 16-20 quests, radiance guard is also nice)

I feel like for most melees (Paladins included) the only effects that are really worth considering for the Eldritch rune on Dragontouched are Resistance, Threat, or Healing Amp. Everything else -- definitely including Greater False Life -- is too easily available on other equipment, like one of the Con +6 GFL belts from Shavarath.

Which of those 3 you take is up to you, and depends on your other equipment. Healing Amp stacks multiplicatively, so if you already have other sources of amp (but no other item-based 10% sources) it makes an especially good choice. Most of the rest of the time, Resistance +5 is invaluable -- it's useful for all characters, but it's difficult for most to slot in elsewhere. The +10% Threat rune is probably best placed on a secondary set of Dragontouched to be used solely when threat tanking (probably something like +10% Threat/+20% Threat/Radiance Guard).

Except that Lorinthor's Belt doesn't have GFL on it...

Before Epic items, GFL on a DT isn't that bad, but it'd definitely be a temporary thing.
