What are all the sources of CON these days?

I was wondering what you would need to get the absolute highest CON stat. So far I can think of ....

+6 item (easy to acquire)
+7 item (harder to acquire)
+3 exceptional
+2 tome (easy to acquire)
+3 or +4 tomes (hard to acquire)
+2 rage spell
+X barb rage
+2 store pot
+2 yugo pot (very expensive)
+2 ship buff
+4 (+8 proc) madstone boots
+1 litany

Are there any other recent additions or ones that I've forgotten?

Dwarf/WF base stats (max 20 con) Can get 2 more from enhancments
Full epic chrono set is 3 con (unsure if it stacks with litany since both are profane bonus's)
Scourge choker says 8 con but I think it only gives up to 6
Herouz cookies 4 con

IIRC the Choker is +2/+4/+8 but does not stack with the Rage spell.

- Yugoloth Potion also adds +20 additional HP as an undocumented effect. So the total is +40 HP.

- The Berserker set bonus adds a stackable +2 CON if you're a Frenzied Berserker III Barbarian.

- The Barbarian's active Past Life feat adds an additional +4 CON to the rage ability and an additional +4 CON when its own special rage is activated.

- Passive Barbarian past life feats also add 10 hit points each up to 30 hit points total.

- The Completionist feat adds +2 CON among other things.

- Barbarian class enhancements add up to 3 CON and Hardy Rage adds up to 3 CON as well when raged.


There are a ton of other sources of CON, but you also have to realize that many of them are extremely temporary and not useful outside of a 1 minute fight. Thus, a lot of these are going to be unreliable or unreasonably costly buffs that you couldn't possibly maintain unless you were a VIP with a lot of time on your hands.

Obviously Barbarians are the only class that can both roll a D12 on HP and achieve the highest levels of CON through their various rage abilities, and therefore the highest hit points in the game.

Wait, so if you have the past life purchasable feat and you use rage .... you get the normal +4 from rage, then another +4 bonus, then you can use the past life rage on top to get a total of +12 from the 2 rages? (assuming you're a low lvl TR barb with the +4 on normal rage)
