Seeker 10 broken or not?

The best critical profile in the game for a good weapon is the epic SoS in a FB's hands: 15-18 x3, 19-20 x6. This works out to 24 points of damage per 20 swings for each point of Seeker, with no impact on glancing blows. By comparison, each point of damage bonus works out to 37 points of damage per 20 swings, + .6 * .75 * 19 = 8.55 for glancing blows. If we were comparing, for instance, a The Blood Stone to a Litany of the Dead, we would find: 6 * 24 = 144 damage per 20 vs. either 45.55, 91.1, or 136.65 damage per 20, depending on the particular Strength value reached, and for a barbarian 144 damage per 20 swings works out to about 11.89 DPS. If you happened to have Marilith Chain, of course, the The Blood Stone would do nothing for you.

I should have provided more information in my question in the first post but it was directed toward the epic marilith chain. It wasn't that seeker 10 in general was broken, which my first post leads you to believe, but if the seeker 10 of the epic chain was broken. Since it is rather hard to test myself without personally owning one if there's anyone here that does own one could verify it for me I'd be more than happy with that.

That armor uses the same "Seeker +10" effect that is found on other things like Bereavement.

There is only one effect in existence and it is shared by multiple items. If it was broken on one piece of equipment, it would be broken on all of them.
