Half Orc Pure Pally Tank?

I've been away from the game for a while, but I remember planning on TR'ing my old Drow Pally (currently a Human Barbarian/Fighter) into a HOrc Pally/Fighter with an emphasis on tanking. Then the Intimidate for Pallies came around and I was pondering if a pure Pally could be made to work out.

Since I'm rusty, I'd appreciate any loot/feat/stat advice; I have quite a bit of things already, but nothing from Mabar/Droaam onwards.

Looking at what I do have, I can remember my plan was to go with twohanders when a tank isn't needed, and bastard sword + shield when one is.

Which is Higher right now your Barbarian levels or your figther?

Barbarian but I think I was in the middle of LR'ing them around to get Fighter instead. But I really don't remember. Which one would be better?

They "fixed" how Barb PL works, so I would think Fighter is better.
