Account cancellation

I intend to cancel my account. Since I have paid(for years) will I immediately be downgraded to Free to play? Or will it wait until my next scheduled payment?

Yes you will be premium, with four toons and ah access, etc.
You will only be able to play f2p stuff but then you can begin playing the premium way and buy the packs you want and such.

If I decide to stop paying, will all the stuff in my shared bank have to be moved out? Does the mail reset?
Since I cannot log in to the game(glitch), I'm curious if I may lose all that stuff.

Mail should be unaffected.

The shared bank goes withdrawal only. You have to buy the bank to put stuff back into it.

So, you shouldn't lose any items.

i don't believe that the shared bank needs to be emptied. it might be a good idea to buy a slot for shared bank
to avoid any issue whatsoever.
my mail did not reset when i went premium.
reincarnation cache is still unchanged as well in case you were wondering.
