Turn Undead..Please Just Humor Me

I am currently running a 14th levle Paladin Hunter of the Dead

Which of the 4 following bonuses stack? I believe they all do, but I may be wrong.

Enhnacement: Hunter of the Dead 2... Grants +2 to Level when Turning (among other benefits)

Enhancement: Improved Turning 3...Grants +3 to Level when Turning

Spell: Seek Eternal Rest.................Grants a +4 Sacred Bonus to Level when Turning

Item: Token of the Faithful..............Grants a +2 to Level when Turning


Does that total up to +11 to level because the sources are different?

Or is it +9 to level because HotD and ImpTurn are both enhancement based and you only get the greater (+3)?
