    Default Purchased questpacks gone wrong.

    I have purchased a few questpacks with my DDO account with my toon called Thorbeck, but when I wanted to run those packs with another toon (same server, same account) it says I can not, because I have not purchased the pack. I was under the impression questpacks bought made them available for all toons on that server and account. Can someone solve this problem for me?

    If you've completely closed and restarted the game (after the purchase) and you're still having this problem, please contact our Account Management department for assistance.
