    Also I hope your spell choices are just placeholders, because those are TERRIBLE. Water Breathing? Mass Restoration? ...no, no, no, no, no, no.

    clened it up a lil bit now.
    pretty much they are. I plan to get all the heals earlier, then respec them as better ones become available. so if there is any other spells that are a must or should be taken out (besides healing) Let me know.

    Heighten for command/charm person? if that doesn't work lemme know.

    In regards to spells,
    -(IMO) No need to take the restoration spells, just use scrolls
    -Don't see heal spell listed, I would highly recommend it for self healing, if nothing else

    Heighten does work for command/charm, and is very useful in some situations.
    I don't know how often you want to use blade barrier, but if it will be relatively often, I would recommend quicken instead of heighten

    Hey, you might want to check out my rant over here.

    There is a couple of FvS builds there with slightly different objectives, perhaps you can adjust either of them to suit your objectives?
