Default just started twf does it matter what weapon in what hand?

Hit 11 on my twf fvs last night, soon to put my lit2 on and just want to make sure it DOES matter what hand I put it in right?

Lit2 main hand, utility (paralyzer, vorpal, destruction, ect) in the off hand?

If i have a lit2 and a vorpal does that mean that every swing that is a 20 the vorpal will proc or does the character have to be hitting with the off hand?

Also if i put a seeker on the off hand does that get added to the lit2 too?

Any known longswords that I should get? I have the time blade and would like to make it epic for off hand use. I have been looking for a vorpal long sword of pure good for the off hand as the everyday off; any better suggestions. As always thanks for the help!

off hand weapon effects don't apply on main hand...
it's better to use a lit2 on the mainhand if you're not using a vorpal, it's better to use dual vorpals than one in main or off hand, but if you only have one, then use it in the main hand...

seeker is special, it's not really a weapon effect, it affects all weapons you're using.

main hand hits everytime (unless you roll a miss of course) but off-hand only rolls 80% of the time (iirc) with greater two weapon fighting feat...

so best maybe lit2 main with seeker off hand for things that cant be vorped. Then debate if lit2 is basically vorp on 20 if the mob has low enough hp. Else vorp main and lit2 off?

seeker, backstabbing(sneak), dc bonuses (stunning, shatter, vertigo) apply both hands even when worn only offhand.

Don't use one vorpal and one damage weapon together, its slower overall.
    1) If you vorpal something all the damage done will be pointless - you would be faster with 2 vorpal weapons
    2) If you dont get a 20 in time, you effectively carry a bad weapon - faster with another damage weapon

In most cases you dont need vorpals. They are useful, when you cant kill something fast enough with damage.

The hand you use does matter, basically until you get GTWF, which is when both hands attack at the same rate (well, nearly so, for non-Tempests). Your main hand attacks more often and gets a higher strength bonus, so put the better weapon (or the one with the more desirable proc effect like vorpal or paralyzing or smiting) there.

There are a few effects that can be found on a weapon that will apply to both hands:
    -Seeker
    -Vertigo
-Stunning (only the DC portion, not the chance to stun)
    -Shatter
    (maybe one or two others)
