    Default Terms/conditions

    well, since i complained about hidden baits and lack of information in terms/conditions in this thread: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=300359
    and since this is kind of other matter, i'll bring it up in this other thread.

    someone should review the terms/conditions listed at myaccount.turbine.com

    reason:
    according to them
    -free to play doesn't exist
    -premium doesn't exist

    thus turbine reserves the right to start billing ANYONE who is not VIP at their discretion.

    yes, the terms predate free to play change, which sounds big enough that someone should maybe have relooked at them.

    Hello,

    The portion of the Terms and Conditions that is causing concern is fairly standard legal text seen in these types of documents. Although we do reserve the right to charge a card on file we will only do so at a customer's request (VIP subscription payment, point purchase, premium services, etc.)

    If you have a card on file and would like it removed you can always contact the Account Management Team for assistance. Contact details can be found within my signature.
