Default Reincarnation Cache & Bank Space

Over 6 months ago during my first TR, I recall the Reincarnation Cache only allowed 20 spaces for your backpack items. I recently checked the wiki and it saids ALL (every single items) backpack and bank items will be stored in the Reincarnation Cache. Is the wiki correct?

After you TR, do you lose all the bank slots and back pack slots you had earned the first time around through accrued favor?
After a little Tolkien I am usually up for anything.

yes, when u TR, your character starts over from scratch in terms of favor, quest flags, etc. You get the benefits of the TR (more build points and past life feat options) but everything else is the same as any other lvl 1 character (that needs quite a few more exp per lvl). Also, vet status does not allow a TR to start at lvl 4 - all TR's start with 0 exp
