I'm planning to TR my wizard soon and want to make a nice 15-20 crit Icy Burst Weapon for the first few levels, preferably a rapier so I could re-use it with a rogue I might decide to roll one day. I don't have any items of value to trade for, since this is my first toon, so I can only offer plat in return.
