Cold Iron for demons not devils ... Cold Iron is good for renders, reaver, flencers, hezrou, DQ... etc...

cold iron + good is against deamons (Queen, ravers, probably haresu (geberaly more deamons require both to have than devils types)

Devils are Lawful Evil and have a damage reduction of silver/good/silver+good

Demons are Chaotic Evil and have a damage reduction of cold iron/good/cold iron+good

You know what the must unfortunate weapon I've ever looted is? a +1 Holy SILVER Greatsword of Greater CHAOTIC OUTSIDER Bane. It was a single value from being a very valuable weapon. But, it's just a scam tool.

That spell make a weapon basically a +5 cold iron/silver/byeshk holy burst...

I was in the process of making a min II Khopesh on Amilia (back when shroud was end game and cap 16) then of course because I was at tier two they changed the spell to include silver/byeshk DR by-pass. Halted my efforts. It is indeed something the devs love to do with me ... taunt me, haunt me, least what plays in mind... one day shall you eva hear of some great demise of Turbine, you'll know the bean sÃ* been released.
