I was trying to cap yesterday and went to get some explorers and rares to tip me over when I somehow ended up just 1xp from capping I couldnt believe it...

It certainly wouldnt make me mad , Id probably have a lol about it , inform my guildies anyone who was paying attention to guild may make a joke about it and then id probably try to think of a stupid way to get my last xp

By "cap" I'm guessing you're talking about hitting lvl 20? And you were ONE xp short?

Uhh...yeah that might infuriate me. I've had very similar situations (being 5-10 XP from a level/rank), but at lower levels. To have it happen at cap, especially if this is the first character you've capped, uh...lol yeah I can see how that would cause a momentary urge to put your fist through the monitor.

For about 10 seconds. There would be lots of grown-up words. Then when that was over I'd laugh about it, move one, and like the other poster said, find some stupid little means of earning a bit more XP.

Recently I was about 300 xp off cap after a HoX run... So I jumped back into Sub-T and ran to an explorer right below the entrance... ^^

But 1 xp off is funny XD

Everyone who has been playing before f2p launched has had this happen to them, as when the cap was 16 we were all 1 xp short of 17, same with 14, 12, and 10. although then we couldnt just get another rare to top us off

i was trying to get that last xp to lv 20 by finding one more rare 15 minutes before servers went down for u8.
i looked everywhere to no avail but in the last seconds found one, but was still short by a laughably small amount of xp.
yet had no time to frown, i was surprised with a +1 tome which i luckily saw in time to pull just as the link dropped.

Did that with my bardane archer, I think she was about 8 xp short of 20 when I went over there. I think I have a screenshot of killing the rare sahaguin to hit cap. Maybe, somewhere...
