Please, Feedback on Build

Hey guys, thanks for reading, I've finally came up with a build, but I want some feedback, it is my first build so pls just tell me what i need to do, so i can fix it here, and not gimp myself, endgame

Yes and no. Firstly, you are a tank, get used to it . But you are a hate tank, and with a 6 cha it will be hard to get a good intim, I would pass on it.

Dont put any points into swim, its not really useful in the game. Also, Id stop putting points into jump after about 10 or so. There is a hard cap at 40, so anything beyond that is worthless. When you are raged you are going to far surpass 40, so those points are a bit useless. I'd put all those extra points into Spot, although Listen would be good. I dont notice the red blip from listen, and its easier to fit a +10 or so spot item in. Also keeps me from finding all the traps with my face.

Lower Dex, 16 con for sure.

Do barbs make good hate tanks? I've seen some WF barbs do VoD well, but most often, it's not

I thought we let the pallies do that, and we just kill the mob while it's fixated on the pallie.

Doing anything well in ddo is an acquired skill, but barbs are not difficult to make into a good hate tank.

I ran the numbers on building an intimitank barb and decided it would be to much work (ie grind) to make one with a high enough intim to matter in the content where I could not hate tank it. Both can make a guy stand in a corner with everyone else behind it.


I went chaotic neutral, just cause I feel thats how barbs would be. Dont think there is much difference between the two neutrals. For a new barb you might wanna consider good as well, then you can use a pure good weapon.

Could be either, but most likely hate tanking.

You aren't alone. I've encountered many barbarians that can't tank because they lack the incite+dps to hold aggro, or they simply don't understand how to position mobs, like your VoD example.
