Sorry, this might not directly help you, but thought I'd mention it.

The Phiarlan Carnival pack has a +2 Cha, +5 Diplomacy amulet, ML: 3 that is BTA. It drops from a couple of the chests in Partycrashers. If you have no luck finding one by trade, you could get one there.

You really need CHA on a horc? LOL

You could also run Stand Your Ground from the Sharn series in the market to ransack...

Just hope that the random odds give you the +2 CHA item in the reward list. On the flip side while this may or may not work its actually somewhat useful in that the item if you get it will be very low level ML if not level 1 ML. And I've gotten a couple featherfalling rings like that from there as well.

And if you manage to ransack that with no luck, I think Bookbinder Rescue (also Sharn) has the same random loot possibilities. Sharn is always the first thing I do on a new vet status character, and my main's bank is full to bursting with various +2 stat items and no-min-level FF and striding 10% boots waiting for new characters.

Waterworks has a smaller chance of these as end rewards if you are F2P.

eheh, it was for my new half orc warchanter 16 / rog 2 / ftr 2 with starting CHA 8

I needed a +2 CHA item ML 3 to be able to cast lvl 1 spells at level 3 after chewing a +1 CHA tome (level progression was rogue at lvl 1, ftr at lvl 2 and bard at lvl 3 obviously eheh).

Anyway, I managed to use a +2 CHA cloak rr halfling and now I'm ready for lvl5 so no need of such an item anymore, thx all for the tips though
