    I worked on it for several hours at a 28 point build and came out with a build. Just stick with THF and you are good to go! Again thank you for the support as I could not have done it without all your support!

    Wow, this build is awesomesauce, but I'm only F2P, so if I make it 28pt dex-based quaterstaff wielding halfling will it still work? I have a +2 vicious QS in the bank that I've been dying to use...

    Great question!! And the answer is yes! Max Dex and Con. Take the weapon the finese feat and voila! Enjoy!!
