There was no ethics committee approval statement - I'd have to include one if I was publishing a similar survey. I presume that's just not a requirement wherever you are.

As a current holder of a psych degree, and having had to put together a paper very similar to this:
Have fun. Seriously, its the most important part. I had to stand before my university's Psych staff (functioning as a review board). Most people were freaking out. I went up there and had a blast.

Thank you the help everyone. I have over 100 surveys to go through and analyze now. Feel free to keep the information coming. More is always better.
Also, for those mentioning the whole random grouping and information bias issue. I do realize there will be a biased result towards a more gamer centric lifestyle/community, but I have also been gathering data from other sources as well. It may not be a fully mixed test group, but since I am going into this data collection with the bias already considered it should be as large an issue as some may suspect.
