OK so I can be banned for no reason, with no explanation, not even an email, but turbine has no one that will discuss the issue with me over the phone. Even to the point of finding out whether or not the warning/ban report will stay on my record.......
Yes after speaking with the rep I was able to check the forums and see the official explanation and the (cough) "remedy" that is being offered, so apparently my account is now unbanned. The remedy is IMHO a joke, the accounts controlled by myself and my son will never contribute hard earned cash to turbine again due to our dissatisfaction with this debacle.
Too bad I was fuming too much by the end of the call to remember to have the rep remove my CC # from the account. Guess I'll have to wait on hold for another 1/2 hour tonight after work to get that done.
Thanks for living up to the highest standards of customer (no) service turbine....
