Account Issue

I've had this problem on my account for a while now (this is my son's seperate account hence able to make a forum avatar). I cannot access my account details both in game or on the account management pages. I can log in ok to play and can spend points ok (but not add any points ), but when I goto my account in game it just says

'System is unavailable. Please try later' .

If I try the web based account management pages I get

The system was unable to retrieve your account information at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. [err: 21001]


It's been like this for 2 weeks now and While I was ok before just to wait for it to be fixed, it appears this error will block my attempts to transfer EU chars since I cannot tie this account to my eu account.

Tried another PC + logging into my sons account so it's not a local problem. Knowledge base says to look at devtrack posts, but nothing was there and the only result from a forum search came up with another person getting the issue but no resolution.

A Ticket went in 2 weeks ago ( 18th october ) and the phone line waiting system means an international call is cost prohibitive.
