I wasn't earlier but am in a position where I don't need to craft for quite a while so I am willing to use Larges to trade at this time. I do have some nicer scrolls also now that may be considered for trade:

Epic Vambraces Scroll
Epic Spectral Gloves Scroll
Epic Bracers of Deftness Scroll

I didn't actually make an offer so I'm not sure how I'm "lowballing"

Easy-peasy... if your are tired of listening to lowball offers but still want to trade your scroll then put a definitive asking price in whatever compensation medium you are looking for. A lot easier than waiting for somebody to overpay you enough to part with the scroll

Pardon me for not blabbering all over the boards, but several times now I have offered Val a concrete price for my scroll of Epic Marilith Chain (and quite low, by all standards). He has not made any effort to buy it. Realizing that he is not a serious buyer, and that the value of the scroll has gone up to me with certain game chances, I decided to withdraw my offer today.

Really, who are you to judge me?

I am just curious what the first offer was.

I would say Epic Marilith chain is THE BEST DPS BODY for a fleshy in the game thats not a monk.

That being the case...I am not even sure how many Large Scales/Stones it'd be worth.

TBH I think ESoS scroll is even of less value due to EVoNs are easy peasy to farm...and the desert is not so easy to farm.

I recently sold my Porsche...I had a buddy trememndously try to low ball me for it. I denied him and traded it in.

He was butt hurt and said "I figured we would negotiate." I told him his offer was so low...and I was looking for the new vehicle (got a new 4x4) right then. I did not have time to mess around.

For the record he offered about 1/3 what the dealership gave me. Plus he wanted to "make payments". AKA I keep the loan and pay the interest...

So yeah, I have to side with Anthios.

Looks like I got a double dose of neg rep too... You can be assured it was not me that neg repped you for the following 3 reasons:

1. I didn't have the reputation necessary to post negative feedback

2. You didn't deserve to get a negative feedback

3. I take credit for the things I do, whether they are good or bad, and I would have posted it instead of slinking behind anonymity.

I wasn't judging you but I was responding to the information presented in this thread (which, haha, I should have just kept my nose out of obviously). I didn't do meticulous research on your posting history to evaluate your marketplace posting tendencies. My response was coming from more of a personal annoyance with the "show me a rock" types taking offers, both here on the forums and in game, on their items.

I've grouped with you on a number of occasions (now that I know who to associate your forum name with in game) and haven't had a negative experience. But if you wish to avoid me in game I won't hold it against ya and will provide you with my character names so you don't have to hunt for them:

Pantilly
Panteroo
Robopants
Pantaroni
Pantastik
Hammapants

With the exception of that "Pantsless" imposter, if you see "pant" in the name you can be pretty confident it is one of mine.

And thanks to whomever negative rep'd me. My userCP now has a christmasy feel to it.

between this and the marlith chain becoming a more viable option for warchanter bards, the price on my scrolls is definitely going up
