Lose FoP and the Shield Mastery feats.
Are you wanting to be mainly casting or melee? CHA doesn't give a lot to FvS.
Aside from those contests where people deliberately try to come up with the worst possible build they can (and I'm not convinced this isn't a submission to one of those contests), this might be the worst build I've ever seen.
Kobold sentient jewel still hate you.
I was told by a very wise friend to ignore all you forum junkies because you basically know nothing and obviously I figured this out easily, FoP is needed for a charisma based FvS saves are important for a primary healer because if I can't heal the party could flop fast in a heated battle. When you make a FvS PURE healer, like I said in the title, Charisma is very important for mana pool and healing capability. I am not planning on caster or melee build, that is where most FVS healers go wrong, no one wants a battle cleric or healer. I'm simply choosing to be a fvs over cleric for the extra mana because I know if I had it I could solo heal raids such as shroud. The build includes my GS items, DT armor and unique item sets from raids such as HOX, VOD, and TOD.
You're thinking about this the wrong way. If you operate from the assumption that to be the best possible healer, you have to give up all other possible dimensions, then it is rational to give up those dimensions to achieve your primary goal (healing).
However, this is not the case with Favored Souls, or Clerics for that matter. Instead, a good rule of thumb is that you get to pick two basic orientations - Caster/Healer or Melee/Healer. This is due to the relative lack of importance of Charisma, as you only need a 19 to cast level 9 spells, and that is easily achievable. Maxing Charisma for spellpoints may seem like a good idea, but you only gain 29 SP for each boost in your Charisma modifier (a drop in the bucket for a 20 FVS).
If you start with a 12 Charisma, you can easily achieve the necessary 19 well before it is necessary: 12 Base + 6 item + 2 enhancement = 20.
If you want insurance against disjunction, or are worried about gear, you can start with a 14: 14 base + 6 item + 2 enhancement = 22 (16 while disjunctioned and still able to cast Heal).
Anything beyond 14 is pretty much a waste, as you enter an area of diminishing returns. It takes 6 build points on most races to get to a 14, and 16 to get to an 18. You just have to ask yourself, where could I better spend those build points?
The most common answers are either STR (for the melee/healer route) or WIS (for the caster/healer route). This gives you flexibility, and also makes playing an FVS a heckuva lot more fun than simply being a healbot.
Would you rather:
A) Sit back and babysit redbars, only casting healing spells and perhaps buffing?
B) Heal players while also occasionally utilizing crowd control (Cometfall, Implosion, Destruction, Blade Barrier) as preventative healing (as well as dramatically improving your soloability).
or C) Heal players while also being able to melee effectively, either with Longswords, Scimitars, Greatswords, or what have you?
If your answer is A, then I wish you to have fun with your build, but my suggestion is that you may find yourself having more fun in the long-term if you fully utilize the versatility of the class.
Edit: And since you mention that FVSs and Clerics go wrong by trying to heal and do other things, I should point out that my FVS is able to beat down with a Lit II greatsword AND is fully capable of solo-healing a Shroud (which he has in fact done with ease). Heck, any FVS with mass cures, maximize, and quicken (or a high concentration) can do that.

You probably didn't see the build before he edited it out, but it also featured an 18 dex and 10 con.The most common answers are either STR (for the melee/healer route) or WIS (for the caster/healer route). Like I said...one of the worst builds I've ever seen. Of course, what can you realistically expect from someone who picks the forum name that he did?

I solohealed Elite Shroud on my melee FvS without difficulty and without mana pot usage. The same toon has maintanked Horoth on normal.
Melee souls tend to be better healers than many focused healbots, as they (usually) have Toughness and a high base Con, which help a healer far more than six more points of Charisma and Mental Toughness.
I don't have a zerging problem.
I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.
