I have tried to reactivate my account now twice and both time it was declined. There is plenty of funds in my account to pay for this service. Yet it seems to always try billing me for the 3 month block I had selected at the start of summer. Are our accounts locked into the billing option we select? If our accounts are not locked in forever when we first select a billing option, then someone needs to look into this and fix whatever the problem is. The option I have tried to pay for, both times, was the 1 month billing cycle.
